We are looking for a Counselor for the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the UK, China, Malaysia, the United States, and Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Handling phone calls ( per day 60-70), answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries, etc, to ensure conversions.

• Updating the comments of the follow-up done with students in the Excel spreadsheet.

• Following up with counselled students regularly and ensuring that they are taking admission

• Sharing the complete details of respective students with the team in the desired format.

• Checking application status & follow-ups with management for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.
