Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of all food and beverage sectors to ensure smooth service.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff to ensure efficient team performance.
Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower.
Develop and update food and beverage menus in collaboration with the culinary team.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate purchasing from suppliers.
Control operational costs, manage budgets, and monitor revenue to achieve profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.
Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams for smooth operations.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and special events to increase sales.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
