We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (HORECA & B2B) to lead business development and sales activities for premium international brands including MONIN, IREKS, PreGel, TASTO, SABATINO, KULA, ROCKET Espresso Coffee Machines, and other café, bakery, and restaurant equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with HORECA, corporate, and B2B clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Lead and manage business relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, corporate clients, and B2B partners.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the HORECA, institutional, and corporate sectors.
Conduct high-level client meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations to expand business partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
Prepare and oversee sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
Guide and support the sales team to ensure target achievement, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, after-sales support, and customer service.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts while identifying opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy financial relationships with customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analyses for management review and strategic planning.
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
Continuously evaluate sales performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity, profitability, and market penetration.
