Proficiency in MS Office applications
Must be self-motivated and result-oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and developers
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly and yearly sales and collection targets
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients
Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely supply
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of sales activities
