Responsibilities & Context:
Booking & GDS Management: Use Global Distribution Systems (like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to reserve flights, hotel rooms, and car rentals.
Ticketing & Re-issuance: Issue electronic tickets, handle re-validations, and process complex voids or refunds in compliance with airline policies.
Documentation: Maintain precise records of passenger manifests, payment status, and travel vouchers.
