Job Context

World Visa Consultancy is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Consultant (Female) for its Dhaka (Banani) office. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, handling visa processing tasks, and assisting with travel-related services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and respond to client emails professionally.

• Handle client queries through social media and other online platforms.

• Assist clients with tourist visa processing and package tour services.

• Manage air ticketing and visa processing documentation.

• Prepare necessary documents and complete visa application forms.

• Maintain client databases and follow up regularly.

• Keep proper records of client files and office documentation.
