Strong communication skills in Bangla & English
Good knowledge of visa processes (Study, Tourist, Work, Immigration)
Professional attitude, confidence, and client-handling skills
Computer literacy (MS Word, Email, CRM is a plus)
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide professional consultancy to clients regarding visa services
Guide clients on study, tourist, work, and immigration visa options
Explain visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures
Assess client eligibility and suggest suitable visa solutions
Maintain client follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
Stay updated on embassy rules and visa regulations
