We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista and Food Maker/ Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, bakery/Pastry item, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
For Barista
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
Handle food items (e.g., pastries, sandwiches) as required.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely.#Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, and seating area.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions; balance register as needed.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries or complaints.
For Food maker/chef
prepare cook and present a variety of bakery and pastry items.
Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow standard food safety guidelines
Assist in kitchen inventory management and food cost control.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff and support team coordination during busy hours.
Develop new recipes and contribute ideas for menu improvement.
Ensure proper storage and labelling of all raw and cooked items.
For Team Member
Team Member (Cleaner) – Job Responsibilities
Ensure the entire branch remains clean and hygienic at all times.
Clean floors, walls, glass surfaces, furniture, and washrooms regularly.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area and store room.
Empty dustbins regularly and dispose of waste properly according to hygiene standards.
Ensure washrooms are clean and properly stocked with water, soap, and tissue at all times.
Perform complete cleaning duties during both opening and closing hours of the branch.
Clean any spills or accidents immediately to maintain safety and hygiene.
Use cleaning tools and chemicals properly and safely as per company guidelines.
Follow all hygiene, health, and safety rules of the company at all times.
Maintain personal cleanliness and proper uniform while on duty.
Support kitchen and service areas by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Carry out additional cleaning duties as instructed by the Branch Manager or Supervisor.
