We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager who will ensure the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety in our products and services.
Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and oversee quality control standards for coffee, food, and service across all outlets.
2. Maintaining food and coffee making SOP as per the international standard set by Crimson cup for maintaining consistency
3. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
4. Design and deliver training programs for baristas, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure consistency in taste, hygiene, and customer service.
5. Inspect kitchen, bakery, and raw material quality to ensure premium standards.
6. Train baristas, kitchen staff, and outlet managers on hygiene, SOPs, and customer service excellence.
7. Monitor supplier quality and work closely with procurement to maintain premium product standards.
8. Handle customer feedback related to quality issues and create effective improvement plans.
9. Prepare regular reports on quality metrics and provide recommendations to senior management.
10. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA), BSTI, and international standards.
11. Collaborate with R&D to test new menu items, recipes, and brewing techniques before launch.
12 . Implement international food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO, and GMP across operations.
13 . Work closely with outlet managers to ensure brand consistency in taste and presentation.
14 . Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational changes.
15 . Supervise inventory handling, storage conditions, and warehouse hygiene.
16 .Monitor temperature, equipment calibration, and maintenance to ensure food safety standards.
17 . Build and maintain documentation of QC policies, SOPs, and training manuals.
18 . Lead and mentor the QC team to drive a culture of continuous quality improvement.
19 . Collaborate with operations and outlet managers to maintain brand consistency across 14+ outlets.
