Job Context:
Classic Education Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – International Student Recruitment to lead and manage our counselling and processing teams for UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the entire student recruitment cycle from admission to visa submission and the ability to guide a team to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead, supervise, and motivate the international student counseling team.

·         Manage student applications for UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand universities and colleges.

·         Ensure smooth processing from initial counseling, admission application, offer letter, to visa submission.

·         Train and monitor team members to maintain high standards of counseling and documentation.

·         Review student documents and ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.

·         Coordinate with partner universities and institutions.

·         Maintain application pipelines and monitor team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

·         Provide accurate information regarding study programs, visa procedures, and immigration regulations.

·         Resolve complex student cases and provide strategic guidance to the team.
