• Age 22 to 32 years

• Lead call management (inbound & outbound) ensuring high-quality student engagement.

• Manage student applications for UK and Canada, ensuring smooth processing from counselling to visa submission.

• Provide personalized counselling based on students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capacity.

• Guide students in selecting suitable programs and institutions considering course offerings, location, and requirements.

• Review and verify documents to ensure compliance with university admission and visa regulations.

• Maintain application pipelines, track progress, and meet monthly and quarterly targets.

• Coordinate with partner universities and institutions for efficient communication and processing.

• Support students with scholarships, financial aid, and application documentation.

• Prepare students for visa interviews through proper guidance and mock sessions.

• Handle complex cases and provide strategic solutions for successful outcomes.

• Train and supervise team members to maintain excellence in counselling and service delivery.
