Responsibilities & Context:
Manage student applications for UK universities and colleges.
Ensure smooth processing from initial counselling, admission application, offer letter, to visa submission.
Train and monitor team members to maintain high standards of counselling and documentation.
Review student documents and ensure compliance with university and visa requirements.
Coordinate with partner universities and institutions.
Maintain application pipelines and monitor team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide accurate information regarding study programs, visa procedures, and immigration regulations.
Resolve complex student cases and provide strategic guidance to the team.
Manage Calls, Understanding the academic and career goals of students to provide tailored guidance on suitable study programs and universities.
Offering advice on career paths and how specific courses or degrees align with the student’s future career aspirations.
Assisting students in selecting universities or institutions that best match their goals, considering factors like course offerings, location, reputation, and admission requirements.
Ensuring students submit their applications on time, meeting all deadlines, and completing all necessary documentation.
Advising students on scholarship, grant, and financial aid opportunities available for international education.
Helping students prepare applications for scholarships and other financial assistance, including writing cover letters and gathering supporting documents.
Preparing students for visa interviews, helping them understand the questions they might be asked and coaching them on how to answer confidently.
Evaluating the student’s academic qualifications to ensure they meet the entry requirements for their desired courses and institutions.
