Responsibilities & Context:
Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups politely and efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Sales support and after-sales service
Provide accurate information about company services and offers
