✈️ Job Summary

Globe-Care Travels is looking for an experienced and dynamic Travel Agency Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and grow the company’s sales and client base. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in airline ticketing, tour packages, and travel agency management.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the travel agency

• Manage airline ticket bookings, tour packages, and hotel reservations

• Supervise and guide ticketing, sales, and accounts staff

• Handle corporate clients and maintain strong business relationships

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international travel partners

• Monitor sales performance and achieve company targets

• Resolve customer issues and ensure excellent service

• Prepare reports on sales, bookings, and business performance

• Develop strategies to increase sales and expand business

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in a travel agency

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred

• Strong knowledge of air ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)

• Experience with international tour packages and visa processing

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Good computer skills (Email, Excel, travel systems)

• Ability to handle pressure and manage team efficiently

• Knowledge of BSP, airline policies, and travel regulations
