Responsibilities & Context
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Sylhet branch operations while ensuring high-quality counseling services and achieving student recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the overall operations of the Sylhet branch
Leading and managing the student counseling and admission team
Providing professional guidance and counseling to students who want to study abroad
Developing and implementing student recruitment and marketing strategies
Ensuring smooth university application and documentation processes
Maintaining strong relationships with international universities and partners
Organizing education seminars, promotional campaigns, and outreach activities
Monitoring branch performance and preparing reports for management
Ensuring excellent client service and student satisfaction
