Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
Responsibilities & Context:
Assist students with study abroad information and guide them through the admission and visa process.[Full training will be provided.]
Communicate with students and guardians in person and over the phone.
Provide accurate and updated information about universities, programs, and countries.
Follow up with leads and maintain proper documentation.
Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge.
Maintain a helpful and professional attitude at all times.
