• Only Male

• Proven and practical experience in visa processing (Tourist & Student Visas preferred)

• Strong understanding of global visa procedures and embassy requirements

• Experience in leading teams and managing departments

• Knowledge of visa product development and business expansion

• Hands-on experience in B2B & B2C visa business operations

• Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills

• Training or teaching experience will be considered an added advantage

• Independently handle and manage the entire Visa Department

• End-to-end processing and supervision of Tourist, Student, and other visa categories

• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely visa submission

• Develop new visa-related products and service strategies

• Lead, train, and supervise team members under the department

• Manage B2B and B2C visa clients and business relationships

• Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction

• Resolve visa-related queries and complex cases

• Conduct part-time visa training sessions as an Instructor at the Academy
