Additional Requirements:
  • Age 27 to 35 years
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and employee lifecycle management

  • Proven experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and data analysis

  • Ability to design and implement performance evaluation systems

  • Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities

  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance standards

  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for business growth

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goals

  • Track and analyze employee and departmental performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems, including regular reviews and feedback cycles

  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards on KPIs, productivity, and overall business performance

  • Collaborate with department heads to set realistic targets and improve team efficiency

  • Identify performance gaps and recommend actionable strategies for improvement

  • Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, HR standards, and local labor laws

  • Maintain accurate employee records, performance data, and HR documentation

  • Support management in strategic planning, workforce development, and organizational growth initiatives
