Job Context

We are seeking an energetic, well-spoken, and highly organized Counsellor / Office Executive to join our team. In this dual role, you will be the face of our office—guiding students through their study abroad journeys, assisting travelers with their tour plans, and managing day-to-day office operations.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Counseling & Sales:

 • Guide and counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities, university selection, admission requirements, and visa processing.

 • Handle client inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, and social media) regarding international and domestic tour packages, air ticketing, and visa assistance.

 • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and travelers to convert leads into successful registrations.

Office Administration & Operations:

 • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and maintaining client databases.

 • Coordinate with universities, airlines, tour operators, and vendors to ensure smooth processing of files.

 • Assist in preparing student application files, visa dossiers, and travel itineraries.

 • Support the management team with basic scheduling, email correspondence, and front-desk management.



Job Other Benifits:
    • BDT 12,000 - 18,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
