Responsibilities & Context:
Independently handle and manage the entire Visa Department
End-to-end processing and supervision of Tourist, Student, and other visa categories
Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely visa submission
Develop new visa-related products and service strategies
Lead, train, and supervise team members under the department
Manage B2B and B2C visa clients and business relationships
Maintain high service standards and client satisfaction
Resolve visa-related queries and complex cases
Conduct part-time visa training sessions as an Instructor at the Academy
