Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Visa Processing or Travel Consultancy.

• Experience in handling Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, USA, or Student Visa applications will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and online applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good organizational and customer service skills.

• Professional attitude and positive work ethic.

Job Context

We are seeking a skilled Visa Processing Expert who has hands-on experience in handling visa applications, documentation, client communication, and embassy requirements. The candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple visa files efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Tourist, Visit, Student, and Schengen Visa applications.

• Prepare and review visa documents accurately.

• Guide clients regarding visa requirements and documentation.

• Complete online visa application forms and appointment bookings.

• Prepare cover letters, travel plans, and supporting documents.

• Maintain communication with clients regarding application updates.

• Ensure all visa files are submitted within deadlines.

• Keep updated with immigration and visa policy changes.

• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, and clients when required.
