✈️ Job Summary

Globe-Care Travels is seeking a skilled and experienced Reservation and Visa Expert to handle airline reservations, visa processing, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of ticketing systems and visa documentation for major destinations.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic air ticket reservations and issuance

• Process visa applications for countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, Schengen, UK, and others

• Provide visa consultation and document guidance to clients

• Manage hotel bookings, tour packages, and travel insurance

• Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) for reservations and ticketing

• Handle ticket reissue, refund, cancellation, and fare rules

• Maintain accurate booking and visa records

• Coordinate with embassies, visa centers, airlines, and partners

• Provide excellent customer service and follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in a travel agency (reservation and visa processing)

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre preferred)

• Experience with visa processing for major countries

• Good communication skills in English and Bangla

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure
