- Previous experience in customer service or travel sector is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
- Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups politely and efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Update customer records and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in sales support and after-sales service
- Provide accurate information about company services and offers
