Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred)

• Candidates with hospitality or hotel management backgrounds will be preferred

• 2 to 4 years

• Age At most 35 years

• Age must not exceed 35 years as of 25th March 2026

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in hotel or resort reservations will be an advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously

• Computer literacy in MS Office, Email, and reservation/booking software

• Familiarity with online travel portals and booking platforms will be an added advantage

• Must be a Bangladeshi citizen

• Manage and process guest reservations through phone, email, and online booking platforms

• Provide accurate information about resort facilities, room types, packages, rates, and availability

• Coordinate with front office, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth reservation management

• Maintain and update reservation records, guest databases, and booking details

• Handle group bookings, corporate reservations, and special event accommodations

• Ensure proper follow-up with guests regarding booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations

• Monitor room inventory and update availability across reservation systems and travel portals

• Assist in promoting resort packages and seasonal offers to maximize occupancy

• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
