Responsibilities & Context:

1. Take full responsibility for the profit and loss of Lakeshore Bakery and Kona Café, ensuring revenue growth and effective cost control.

2. Oversee and manage the daily operations of both outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.

3. Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and financial results to maintain profitability.

4. Supervise, train, and manage café staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.

5. Ensure high standards of customer service Satisfaction and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

6. Maintain quality standards for bakery products, café items, and beverage service.

7. Manage inventory, stock control, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.

8. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company operational standards.

9. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to maintain guest satisfaction.

10. Implement strategies to increase sales, improve service quality, and enhance operational efficiency.

11. Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.

12. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of all café equipment and facilities.

13. Review and update the menu regularly, including menu pricing, menu breakdown, and menu costing to ensure profitability and alignment with business strategy.
