This highway restaurant under JSK Group serves long-distance travelers and ensures quality food service. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

• Supervise kitchen staff, service staff, cashiers, and support teams.

• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and hygiene standards.

• Handle customer service, queries, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain inventory, stock, and assist with purchasing and supply coordination.

• Monitor staff performance and assist in training programs.

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline across the restaurant premises.

• Support in preparing daily sales reports and managing cash when required.

• Implement promotional activities and operational improvements.

• Ensure smooth functioning during rush hours and peak time.

• As per company policy.
