Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist and support senior counselors with day-to-day tasks
- Handle clients professionally and maintain strong communication
- Prepare SOP (Statement of Purpose) and assist students in writing CVs
- Draft and respond to professional emails
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office (MS Word & Excel)
- Maintain records, documentation, and follow-up with clients
- Ensure smooth communication in both Bangla & English
