Position: Senior Counselor

Job Type: Full-time [10am-6pm]

Location: Dhaka

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional counseling to students regarding study abroad options (Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, etc.)

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses

• Guide students through the entire admission process including applications, offer letters, and enrollment

• Assist students with visa documentation, SOP, financial papers, and compliance requirements

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and university requirements

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, seminars, and orientation programs

• Follow up with students and ensure high conversion and satisfaction

• Coordinate with universities, foreign partners, and internal teams

• Supervise and mentor junior counselors

• Maintain accurate student records and reporting

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in student counseling or study abroad consultancy

• Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure

• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
