Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Education Counselor to join our education consultancy team. The role focuses on guiding students toward suitable international study destinations, providing career counseling, and supporting them through informed decision-making processes. The counselor will not handle admission processing but will play a key advisory role in shaping student pathways and long-term academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students based on their academic background, interests, and future goals
Guide students in selecting the most suitable countries, universities, and programs for higher education abroad
Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions (online and offline)
Assess students’ profiles and suggest realistic and achievable study pathways
Offer guidance on career opportunities, market trends, and job prospects in different countries
Maintain regular follow-up with students to support their decision-making journey
Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience (without handling direct admission processing)
Stay updated with international education systems, visa policies, and global career trends
