Job Purpose:
To provide excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-up, feedback, sales support or service confirmation as required.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat and social media.
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or call management system.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing and company policies.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling, response time, customer satisfaction).
Follow company policies, quality standards and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Prepare reports and submit feedback to supervisors when required.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center operations.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
