Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars.
Publish and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Write engaging captions and coordinate with the Design team to ensure timely content delivery.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
Monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities, content strategies, and engagement trends.
Track social media performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media platforms.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Branding, and Design teams to execute social media activities.
