Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our Packly team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, onboarding merchants, and supporting existing accounts to drive revenue growth and marketplace expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify potential merchants and explore new business opportunities.
Reach out to leads and convert them into active merchants.
Support sales campaigns to grow Packly’s merchant network.
Account Management:
Assist in managing existing merchant accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in CRM systems.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights to support strategic decisions and campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
