Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management is mandatory.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and stock documentation.

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills with a high level of accuracy.

  • Honest, trustworthy, organized, and able to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Experience with ERP or accounting software will be considered an advantage.

  • Must provide one acceptable guarantor as per the Company's policy.

  • Must sign the Company's Undertaking and Confidentiality Agreement before joining.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and finished goods.

  2. Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system on a timely basis.

  3. Issue materials and products against authorized requisitions and ensure proper documentation.

  4. Monitor stock levels and report low stock, excess stock, or discrepancies to management.

  5. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with system records.

  6. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory to prevent damage or loss.

  7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports.

  8. Coordinate with the Procurement, Production, Sales, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.

  9. Verify delivery challans, goods received notes (GRNs), and other inventory-related documents.

  10. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the warehouse/store and ensure compliance with Company policies.

  11. Assist in inventory audits and implement measures to improve inventory accuracy and control.

  12. Perform any other inventory- or warehouse-related duties assigned by the management.
