Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EGP (Electronic Government Procurement) and corporate sectors.

  • Monitor and manage EGP tender portals for relevant tender notices and business opportunities.

  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents in compliance with client and government requirements.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, and Supply Chain) to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EGP rules, procurement policies, and tender procedures.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, corporate clients, and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials for corporate clients.

  • Follow up on submitted tenders, negotiate contract terms where applicable, and support the award process.

  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

  • Maintain records of tenders, contracts, customer interactions, and sales activities.

  • Prepare regular reports on tender status, sales performance, and business development activities for management.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, technical specifications, and supporting documents.

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business networking events.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical business practices.

  • Support strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's presence in government and corporate markets.
