About the Role
Greenland Overseas is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive – Communication to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent English communication skills, advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge, and a passion for professional communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage professional communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and official documents.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Work with formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Prepare presentations and business correspondence.
• Follow up on client inquiries and ongoing tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong business email writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not required.
