Unit: Abul Khair Consumer Goods Division

Designation: Management Trainee Officer (Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the assigned territory.

·         Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and key customers.

·         Ensure effective market coverage, product availability and brand visibility.

·         Monitor competitor activities and share timely market insights.

·         Execute promotional campaigns and sales activities as per company strategy.

·         Maintain accurate sales reports and market visit documentation.

·         Ensure timely collection and compliance with company policies.

Experience:

·         Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference

·         Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional:

·         Graduation and Post-Graduation in any discipline from a public university.

·         Candidates must have a CGPA of 3.00 or above in both Graduation and Post-Graduation.

·         Candidates must have a GPA of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC.

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Ability to drive motor cycle.
