Responsibilities & Context:
Manage front desk operations and warmly receive clients.
Schedule appointments and maintain the daily consultation calendar.
Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries through the official hotline.
Maintain customer records and ensure excellent client service.
Coordinate daily activities and monitor employee attendance and schedules.
Prepare invoices, maintain daily accounts, record cash transactions, and submit financial reports.
Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
