Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome and assist clients professionally at the front desk.
Manage appointment bookings and maintain the daily consultation schedule.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries through the official Cosmetica hotline.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after client visits.
Coordinate daily activities with technicians and other team members.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and daily work schedules.
Maintain client records and office documentation accurately.
Handle daily cash transactions, prepare invoices, maintain accounts, and submit daily financial reports.
Support office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
