ROLE OVERVIEW

The Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing accurate information about our services, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every patient.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, social media and in-person with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide accurate information about our services, test packages, reports and appointments.

  • Assist patients in booking appointments and managing schedules.

  • Follow up and ensure timely report delivery and feedback collection.

  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

  • Maintain patient records and update data accurately in the system.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless patient support.

  • Promote UNICARE services and health packages to walk-in and calling patients.

Location: 13/1, New Eskaton Road, Mogbazar, Dhaka

Reports To: Manager - Customer Care

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Including 1 Hour Break)
