Responsibilities & Context:
ফোন, WhatsApp ও Facebook-এর মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের তথ্য প্রদান।
গ্রাহকের অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও ফলোআপ করা।
কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট প্রদান এবং অভিযোগের সমাধানে সহযোগিতা করা।
দৈনিক কল ও কাস্টমার তথ্য সংরক্ষণ।
