SalesConnect is a growing B2B lead generation company serving commercial cleaning businesses across the United States. We are looking for confident and energetic individuals to join our night-shift outbound calling team.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to businesses in the USA.
Speak with business owners and decision-makers professionally.
Schedule appointments for our U.S.-based clients.
Follow the provided call script while maintaining a natural conversation.
Update call results and customer information in the CRM/dialer.
Meet daily and monthly call and appointment targets.
Attend training sessions and continuously improve communication skills.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.
Job Context:
Full-time, office-based position.
Night shift (aligned with U.S. business hours).
Paid training will be provided.
