Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Posh Patterns is looking for a dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented Executive to join our operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer communication, Facebook page moderation, parcel processing, product labeling, and supporting daily e-commerce operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer messages and comments through Facebook, Instagram, and other communication channels.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain excellent customer service.

  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.

  • Print and attach product labels, courier labels, and invoices.

  • Coordinate with courier services for order delivery.

  • Maintain order records and update shipment status.

  • Perform product quality checks before dispatch.

  • Assist in inventory counting and stock organization.

  • Support day-to-day office and e-commerce operations.

  • Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Educational Requirements

  • SSC/HSC or Bachelor's degree (Running students may apply if they can work full-time).

Experience Requirements

  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet Browsing).

  • Familiarity with Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.

  • Good communication skills in Bangla.

  • Basic English reading and typing ability.

  • Honest, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.
