  • Strong problem-solving and customer service mindset.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

  • Maintain proper records of customer communications.

  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

  • Coordinate with other departments when necessary.

  • Achieve assigned performance and service targets.

  • Duty Hours: 9 hours per day

  • Weekly Off: 1 day



Job Other Benifits:
    • Festival Bonus: 1 Eid Bonus (equivalent to one month's basic salary)
