Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our janitorial services.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and initial outreach.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Follow-up: Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and address any preliminary questions they may have.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of our janitorial services.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activity, appointments set, and other key metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
