Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential business clients using provided data and dialer
Identify and speak with decision-makers (owners, managers, facility managers, etc.)
Clearly explain services and create interest in a professional manner
Set confirmed appointments or qualified leads as per campaign requirements
Follow call scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate call notes and update CRM/dialer regularly
Follow company compliance rules, call guidelines, and quality standards
Meet daily/weekly calling and appointment targets
Attend training sessions and performance review meetings when required.
