SalesConnect is a growing call center specializing in international telesales and lead generation. We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident Telesales Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, introduce our services, and secure appointments/leads. This is a performance-based role with opportunities for career growth and attractive incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s services.

• Convince prospects to schedule appointments or show interest in the offered services.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during client interactions.

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using the CRM system.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

• Work closely with the team leader/manager to implement strategies and improve call performance.

• Handle client objections with patience and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain punctuality, discipline, and strong work ethics in line with company standards.
