SalesConnect is a growing call center specializing in international telesales and lead generation. We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and confident Telesales Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, introduce our services, and secure appointments/leads. This is a performance-based role with opportunities for career growth and attractive incentives.
Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s services.
Convince prospects to schedule appointments or show interest in the offered services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during client interactions.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups using the CRM system.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Work closely with the team leader/manager to implement strategies and improve call performance.
Handle client objections with patience and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain punctuality, discipline, and strong work ethics in line with company standards.
