• Strong programming skills and knowledge of modern software development frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with ERP development, customization, and system integration.

• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and business process automation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and web technologies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and adopting emerging technologies.

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP applications and related business systems.

• Analyze business processes and implement technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.

• Research, evaluate, and implement modern technologies and AI solutions across business functions.

• Develop AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver effective software solutions.

• Integrate third-party applications and ensure seamless data flow across systems.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure system security and reliability.

• Prepare technical documentation and train end users on newly implemented systems.
