  • ChatGPT or AI tool adoption for workflow optimization

  • Budget management and resource allocation experience

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across multiple service lines

  • Review client requirements, assess feasibility, and scope resources to prepare accurate budgets and proposals

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards

  • Participate in client interviews and meetings, often across different time zones

  • Manage daily operations of service delivery teams and quality assurance personnel across multiple projects

  • Support service delivery and quality control processes, directly participating in operational tasks when necessary

  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPI targets to maintain client satisfaction and service excellence

  • Track performance metrics, maintain detailed project records, and proactively address client concerns

  • Document and maintain project guidelines, workflow documentation, and compliance standards

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine service strategies and optimize project execution

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements aligned with client needs and market trends

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering

  • Equivalent professional experience in tech operations or staff augmentation is acceptable

Experience Requirements

2+ years of experience in:

  • IT-Enabled Services (ITES) or outsourced operations

  • Data operations, quality assurance, or service delivery roles

  • Tech startup or high-growth company environment

  • Project coordination or operations management
