Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as AI Research & Quality Analysts.
The selected candidates will work on AI-related research, response evaluation, quality assurance, and problem-solving activities. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong logical reasoning, critical thinking, and the ability to understand and evaluate complex information.
Candidates from different educational backgrounds are welcome. Previous AI experience is not mandatory, but strong analytical abilities and a willingness to learn are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, completeness, and logical consistency.
Analyze complex questions and identify reasoning errors, factual inaccuracies, and inconsistencies.
Compare multiple AI-generated responses and provide clear, evidence-based evaluations.
Conduct online research, verify information, and assess the reliability of sources.
Follow detailed English instructions, project guidelines, and quality standards.
Develop and review prompts, questions, and evaluation criteria for AI systems.
Provide clear written explanations and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Apply logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to challenging tasks.
Identify potential issues, document findings, and recommend improvements.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail while working on assigned projects.
Participate in English-language meetings, assessments, training sessions, and project discussions.
Learn and adapt to new AI platforms, tools, workflows, and project requirements.
Important Requirements
Strong English proficiency is mandatory, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
Candidates must be able to communicate ideas and explain their reasoning clearly in English.
Excellent logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential.
Candidates must be comfortable working with detailed instructions and completing research-intensive tasks.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini are preferred.
Prior experience in AI training, data annotation, research, content evaluation, or quality assurance will be considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent English communication and strong analytical abilities are encouraged to apply.
