We are looking for 03 Smart, Confident & Customer-Friendly Female Executives to join our Customer Service Team.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 03 FEMALE EXECUTIVES

Full-Time / Part-Time

  • Full-Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Part-Time: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

WORK STATION

  • NAXAS ERP Headquarters, House-04, Main Road, Block-F, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka-1219

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Phone Call & Email.

  • Handle Social Media Pages and Business Communication professionally.

  • Communicate with potential customers and understand their business requirements.

  • Qualify leads and schedule ERP demonstrations for the Sales Team.

  • Follow up with prospects and existing customers.

  • Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Support and Implementation Teams.

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely communication.

  • Prepare Daily Communication & Lead Reports.
